SHOPPING INFORMATION

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

All our products are manufactured in our factory in Spain and shipped direct to you or your customer. Your product should arrive within 5-7 days of taking payment and we will provide you with the TNT tracking details once your order is on its way.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes we can ship any of our products to virtually anywhere in the world. Your product should arrive within 5-7 days of taking payment and we will provide you with the TNT tracking details once your order is on its way.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

If you would prefer to pay direct then we will send you a Proforma Invoice for you to make a bank transfer.

You can also pay with a credit or debit card via PayPal, however all PayPal transactions are subject to a 3% card charge.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Yes our website is totally safe and it is hosted on a dedicated server with www.123-reg.co.uk. We DO NOT hold any credit card details after any transaction.

ORDERS AND RETURNS

How do I place an Order?

All orders received before 3pm via our secure website (Monday – Thursday, excluding bank holidays) will be shipped out the following day by TNT.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

You can change or cancel any order up to 3pm Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays) on the same day as the order was placed, however if your order has already been collected by TNT then you cannot cancel your order.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you do not need an account to place an order, however all orders much be paid in full before we will ship your goods.

How Do I Track My Order?

All our products are shipped by TNT. Once your order has been processed we will email you the TNT tracking details.

Who should I to contact if I have any queries?

How Can I Return a Product?

If you receive a faulty or damaged product then this can returned as long as we have been informed within 24 working hours.

If you want to return a product after that time this will be at your own cost. All products must be returned in original packaging and must be unused (unless there is a fault). The product will be returned to our factory in Spain where it will be checked. If the product is found to be used or damaged in any way no refund will be given. All TNT / delivery charges both ways are payable by the customer unless there is a fault.

What warranty will I get?

All our products come with a 12 months parts warranty.
